He arrived when he said he would be there, and I did not have to wait for hours, as I have had to with other companies. Prompt! Professional! At the right Price!!!
Mike called a few hours before the appointment and offered to come earlywhich he did! He fixed the problems with our dishwasher, all the while telling us what he was doing and why. Then he gave us tips on maintaining the dishwasher, and pros/cons of various types of soaps. Then he charged about half of what I was expecting!!!
